My work spans lecture capture systems, virtual learning environments, video production, and live event delivery, with a strong focus on reliability, usability, and impact. I work closely with academic and technical teams to turn ideas into practical solutions that enhance teaching, support students, and perform effectively in real-world, high-pressure environments.

I have extensive experience working in higher education, supporting teaching and learning through engaging multimedia content, staff training, and large-scale digital platforms such as Panopto and Moodle. I combine technical delivery skills with a strong focus on storytelling, accessibility, and user-centred design, working across teams to deliver reliable, high-quality outcomes.
